Crypto Pulse (“the App”), a product of Naren Tech, is a real-time perpetual futures screener. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

2. Data We Collect

Crypto Pulse does not require account registration or collect personally identifiable information. We do not store your name, email address, or payment data.

• Usage Data: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics may be collected to improve performance (e.g. page load times, error rates).
• Local Storage: Your theme preference (dark/light) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage and never sent to our servers.
• Third-Party APIs: Market data is fetched directly from Hyperliquid, Variational, and Lighter DEX APIs. We do not control their data practices.

3. Cookies

Crypto Pulse does not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage solely to persist your UI preferences such as theme selection.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following external services to deliver market data:

• Hyperliquid — On-chain DEX perpetuals data
• Variational — DEX perpetuals data and open interest ratios
• Lighter — On-chain order book data

These services have their own privacy policies. By using Crypto Pulse, you acknowledge that data requests are made to these third-party endpoints.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain user data on our servers beyond the duration of a server-side cache used to improve performance. Cached data is automatically purged on a rolling basis and contains no personally identifiable information.

6. Children's Privacy

Crypto Pulse is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

Naren Tech reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
