1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crypto Pulse (“the App”), a product of Naren Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
2. Description of Service
Crypto Pulse is a real-time perpetual futures screener that aggregates and displays market data from decentralised exchanges including Hyperliquid, Variational, and Lighter. The App is intended solely as an analytical and informational tool.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on Crypto Pulse constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice. All data is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. Please refer to our Disclaimer for full details.
4. Eligibility
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Crypto Pulse is not intended for use in jurisdictions where access to cryptocurrency data or trading is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding within Crypto Pulse, including the Naren Tech name and logo, are the exclusive property of Naren Tech. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Data
Market data displayed on Crypto Pulse is sourced from third-party DEX APIs. Naren Tech makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. We are not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on data provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naren Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Crypto Pulse, including any losses from trading decisions made based on data viewed within the App.
8. Modifications to the Service
Naren Tech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Crypto Pulse at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
